We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Parida Storage. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@paridastorage.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Opened personal care items

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
